Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992, Brigitte de Raymond holds a Master in Business Law (University of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne). She practised as an associate in various firms then as a partner in the firm D.S.P., specialised in tax law, before creating the firm B. de Raymond-Cahuzac.
She is a founding member of the GIE, Attorneys – D2C.
Brigitte de Raymond assists managers and legal departments of companies by providing them with the legal and tax keys necessary for the creation of value, both by means of advice and drafting of instruments.
She has developed expertise in a number of restructuring operations and external growth, LBOs, acquisitions, sales of fixed assets (negotiations, drafting of memorandums of understanding, warranty agreements and related agreements).
She furthermore assists numerous groups of companies having different activities and of varying size (architecture, personal assistance products, jewellery, leather goods, the hotel industry and restaurants).
