Eric LENARD

Eric Lenard has been admitted to the Paris Bar since January 1993.

After five years as an associate in two Parisian law firms specialising in business and real estate law, he founded his own firm in 1998.

In the context, his expertise developed in the areas of company law, commercial law, labour law and commercial leases.

 

Labour law litigation:

 

  • Dismissals,
  • Resignations,
  • Harassment
  • Reclassification of a contractual relationship into an employment contract,
  • Judicial termination of employment contracts

Commercial leases’ litigation:

 

  • renewal of leases and setting of rents,
  • lifting of the ceiling on rents,
  • setting of eviction indemnities,
  • lease terminations,
  • recovery of rents,
  • tenant repairs,
  • sales of rights to leases and businesses.

 

He has also developed expertise in the field of bankruptcy proceedings, and judicial reorganisations and liquidations.

Eric Lenard holds a Master in Private Law, specialised in Judicial Careers and a DESS in Industrial Property (Paris II – Assas).

He is a founding member of the EIC 2DC Attorneys.
