Holder of a DEA in Business Law (University of Paris II – Pantheon – Assas), Guillaume Bai has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1993.

Since such time his main areas of practice are real estate and construction law and labour law.

Real estate and construction law core activity:

Guillaume Bai assists and advises numerous real estate professionals within all of the national territory (promoters, builders, subcontractors, managers of co-owner associations, insurers).

In addition to litigating, Guillaume Bai provides advice, more specifically via legal assistance agreements negotiated depending on the needs of each client.

His experience has enabled him to acquire special expertise in the following areas:

• Building insurance

Labour law division:

Guillaume Bai has also developed expertise in labour law in the building and the higher education sectors.
