Following more than 13 years of experience within the firm of Lebas Gaborit Hatte, first as an associate and then a partner, Elisabeth Decros founded her own firm in 2001.

She defends the interests of individuals and small and medium-size companies, providing both advice and managing litigation matters before all national courts.

Her expertise and areas of practice are principally turned towards:

• commercial law

(contracts – drafting and performance, litigation, debt recovery)

• labour law

(analysis of employment relations, termination of employment contracts, election of staff representatives, litigation before labour courts)

• family law

(divorce, child custody, alimony, guardianship)

She is a founding member of the GIE Droit, Conseil & Contentieux (D2C)
